• Meal Guide + Shopping List 
• Body Scan: Dive into your muscle mass, metabolism, and body fat percentage. CPN uses this data to calculate the accurate daily protein percentage for each client to help you lose fat + build lean muscle 
• 15 Minute Check-In allows the client to ask questions and receive accountability with CPN 
  

Option 3: Meal Guide + Wal-Mart Shopping List, Body Scan, and In-Home Meal Prep Session

• Meal Guide + Shopping List, plus a Meal Prep Guide
• Body Scan 
• 15-minute consultation before the Meal Prep Session to discuss Client Action Plan
• In-Home Meal Prep Session (two hours): Learn how to bulk meal prep recipes from the Lean Protein Program for you and your family. The client will work with CPN in person to establish a weekly routine of preparing food for optimal protein intake, which will help the client lose fat and build lean muscle.
